Mrs. McGillicutty's shawl

Check out the glitzy shawl I found for Mrs. McGillicutty at my little thrift store! It's really quite unique with this silvery webbing inside the shimmery gauzy tulle. I couldn't believe it was only 98 cents! It is the perfect compliment to the silver gown that I also found at the same thrift store for $4.99 a couple of years ago. (and brand new with tags that listed the gown as $130.00!!) Do you want to see my daughter Miranda in that gown? Check out THIS princess post.

For those of you that would like to know more about Mrs. McGillicutty, click HERE for her fashion scoop and HERE for her compelling story. And well, you know how much I love a good story. She's quite the character.

  10. What a lovely shawl- I think though, Mrs. McGillicutty is a bit daring in her plunging neckline- the shawl is just the right thing to maintain her modesty.:)
